We are looking for a proactive and dependable Senior Operations Executive for ITTIFY to ensure smooth operational execution across campaigns while providing guidance and support for some junior team members. This role is ideal for with a solid understanding of influencer marketing or campaign management, and display strong leadership potential.

Primary job scope

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining and grow strong relationships with client and influencers.
• Analyze campaign data and create campaign reports with actionable insights, provide strategic input and creative recommendations to drive better results.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior team members.
• Onboarding and training future new team members, sharing best practices and SOPs.

Secondary job scope

• Work closely with the team leads to identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements. Bring fresh ideas to the table that would improve overall team efficiency and expanding revenue opportunities.
• Keep a pulse on market and platform trends to keep the team ahead of the curve

Job requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital agency
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, XHS, and other social platforms
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience leading a small team or being a team lead
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong interest in the influencer industry
