About This RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our Senior E-Commerce Specialist. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind our online storefronts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website).
Please note that because e-commerce operates continuously, a key part of this role involves managing customer service inquiries across Monday to Sunday. While standard operational tasks are completed weekdays on-site, you will support weekend and after-hours customer inquiries remotely via rotation to ensure our shop response ratings stay excellent.
Key Responsibilities- 7-Day Customer Service: Monitor and reply promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews across all platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Website) from Monday to Sunday to maintain top-tier response rates.
- Platform Maintenance: Assist the Senior Specialist in managing day-to-day backend operations across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including product uploads, price updates, and inventory tracking.
- Campaign Execution: Support the setup of monthly mega sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11), shock sales, voucher codes, and automated chat broadcasts.
- Asset Coordination: Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure all promotional banners and product photos are ready ahead of campaign deadlines.
- Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor daily inbound online orders and coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate, on-time packing and delivery.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer disputes, return/refund requests, and courier delivery issues efficiently.
Job Requirements- Customer-First Mindset: Flexible and committed to handling weekend/after-hours remote standby rotation to reply to customer messages (Monday to Sunday).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop Seller Centers. Experience with Shopify is a major added advantage.
- Languages: Good command of written English and Bahasa Malaysia to reply to customers professionally. Ability to read/write Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (basic Excel/Sheets functions).
- Work Ethics: Fast learner, highly responsible, patient with customer inquiries, and able to work collaboratively under senior guidance.
