Job Responsibilities

1. Media Relations & Communications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders.
• Manage press releases, media briefings, product reviews, interviews, and PR events.
• Drive positive media coverage for product launches and brand campaigns.

2. Product & Brand PR

• Develop compelling PR stories and localize regional communication materials for the Malaysian market.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external communications.

3. Influencer & Campaign Management

• Coordinate KOL and influencer collaborations, including product seeding and review activities.
• Partner with IMC, Social Media, Retail, and Product Marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and launch events.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reputation Management

• Monitor media coverage, campaign performance, and competitor activities, and prepare PR reports with actionable insights.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Marketing Communications.
• Strong network within the Malaysian media landscape and experience working with agencies and media partners.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in consumer electronics, smartphones, technology, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
