Responsibilities:
Compensation:
- Designing and implementing compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs etc.
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Managing the annual salary review process.
- Ensuring internal equity in compensation practices.
Benefits:
- Managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Evaluating and recommending changes to benefit plans based on employee needs and market trends.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.
Payroll:
- Overseeing and executing the payroll ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Managing payroll-related data and records.
Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Staying up-to-date on legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
Analytics:
- Analysing compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the HR budget and headcount budget, including forecasting and cost allowance reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in C&B, preferably with experience working in a start-up or tech-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and legislation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build relationships across the organisation.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese to engage with Hong Kong stakeholders.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant C&B Manager.
