Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support project delivery and service operations. This role serves as the primary coordination point between clients, the Service Delivery (SD) team, and Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution, timely issue resolution, and continuous operational improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by handling requests, inquiries, feedback, and issue escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated effectively.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage operational bottlenecks within the Service Delivery team, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational workflows, and process documentation for Service Delivery operations.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Track project progress, action items, risks, and follow-ups, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly operational and project reports, including service performance metrics, issue summaries, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate and arrange product knowledge-sharing sessions and internal training for the Service Delivery team to improve product knowledge and operational readiness.
  • Maintain proper documentation of meeting minutes, project records, and operational procedures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance service quality.
  • Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, or client management will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, *************, ServiceNow, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of project management methodologies and service delivery processes.
  • Experience in preparing reports and analyzing operational performance metrics.
  • Experience in documenting SOPs and process workflows.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) or IT service management is an added advantage.
