Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and execute strategies for achieving company’s overall goals and vision.
  • Refine products and streamline processes through teamwork and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance product offerings and services based on customer feedback and market demands.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships and enhance business prospects.
  • Assist in the preparation of compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to attract potential clients and secure new projects.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and ensure favourable terms for the company while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Participate in corporate events, trade shows, and conferences to effectively showcase our products and services, while also seeking potential partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives, presenting regular updates to senior management.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, product development, sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, process and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated a proactive approach in overcoming challenges while pursuing opportunities.
  • The candidate must be resilient and possess the capability to thrive amidst difficulties.
