Job Summary
Support kitchen operations by preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs with daily tasks, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items by following specified recipes and quality standards to support efficient kitchen operations
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment to maintain hygiene and ensure a safe food preparation environment
- Assist chefs with daily operational tasks to maintain smooth kitchen workflow and ensure timely food service
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all prepared food complies with health and safety regulations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess or willingness to obtain a WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate; training will be arranged for suitable candidates
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment to support team efficiency
- Demonstrate responsibility and a strong work ethic in daily kitchen tasks
- Previous experience in kitchen or food preparation roles is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the employer

- Singapore Citizen
- Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
- Holder of a valid ICA Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP/LTVP+) with legal eligibility to work in Singapore
