Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide strong leadership to the pastry team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Effectively manage and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Pastry Manufacturing:
• Oversee the production of high-quality pastries, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new pastry recipes and products.

Research and Development (R&D):

• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in pastry production.
• Conduct R&D activities to create innovative and appealing pastry offerings.

Costing and Budgeting:

• Develop and maintain accurate cost calculations for pastry production.
• Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to recipes, production processes, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3years of experience in pastry manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent research and development capabilities to introduce new and creative pastry offerings.
• Proficient in costing methods and budget management.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
