Shift Operator

• Check the condition of the production equipment before/during/after production
• check and record the amount of raw materials added during the production
• control and record the production progress on production operation card
• cleaning the charge tank and reactor (not including entering reactor after washing the reactor):
• taking sample of product, testing the properties of product during IPQC, adjust based on the testing result; prepare raw materials for the production;
• solve problem when the batch system is having problem;
• wash reactor and add raw materials that is required;
• add leftover or disqualified product during production and record the amount; contact PIC if the utility system is faulty;
• maintain the cleanliness of equipment, control room and site area based on 5S principle;
• handle schedule waste produced during the production according to the rules and regulation; package the product produced;
• conduct works requested by supervisors;
• follow the rules and regulations set by Safety, Health and Environmental Department, can drive a forklift.

Operator Syif

• Periksa keadaan peralatan pengeluaran sebelum/semasa/selepas pengeluaran
• menyemak dan merekodkan jumlah bahan mentah yang ditambah semasa pengeluaran
• mengawal dan merekod kemajuan pengeluaran pada kad operasi pengeluaran
• membersihkan tangki cas dan reaktor (tidak termasuk memasuki reaktor selepas mencuci reaktor):
• mengambil sampel produk, menguji sifat produk semasa IPQC, menyesuaikan berdasarkan keputusan ujian; menyediakan bahan mentah untuk pengeluaran;
• menyelesaikan masalah apabila sistem kelompok menghadapi masalah;
• basuh reaktor dan tambah bahan mentah yang diperlukan;
• menambah sisa atau produk yang hilang kelayakan semasa pengeluaran dan merekodkan jumlahnya; hubungi PIC jika sistem utiliti rosak;
• menjaga kebersihan peralatan, bilik kawalan dan kawasan tapak berdasarkan prinsip 5S;
• mengendalikan sisa jadual yang dihasilkan semasa pengeluaran mengikut peraturan dan peraturan; membungkus produk yang dihasilkan;
• menjalankan kerja-kerja yang diminta oleh penyelia;
• ikut peraturan dan peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Jabatan Keselamatan, Kesihatan dan Alam Sekitar, boleh memandu forklift.
