Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,400
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekend halfday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekend 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Job Description
RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a dedicated and patient-focused Physiotherapist.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, ensuring excellent patient care, and supporting patients through structured rehabilitation programmes. The successful candidate will be expected to combine clinical expertise with strong communication skills to provide a positive and professional treatment experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, disciplined in following SOPs, and capable of managing both clinical and operational responsibilities while maintaining strong patient engagement and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
1) Deliver professional and high-quality therapy services in accordance with the Company's treatment standards, SOPs, and ethical practices.
2) Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally, building trust with patients, and ensuring a positive treatment experience.
3) Handle patients' inquiries by providing accurate information regarding treatments, rehabilitation programmes, packages, promotions, and related services.
4) Conduct proper patient assessments to identify treatment needs and recommend suitable rehabilitation plans.
5) Perform treatment sessions safely and effectively by complying with the Company's SOPs and professional standards.
6) Educate patients on their condition, treatment objectives, prescribed exercises, and expected rehabilitation progress.
7) Explain treatment packages and rehabilitation programmes clearly to assist patients in making informed decisions regarding their recovery.
8) Carry out all pre-treatment responsibilities, including appointment reminders, preparation of treatment equipment, review of patient information, and preparation of invoices or receipts.
9) Complete all post-treatment responsibilities, including patient documentation, scheduling follow-up appointments, providing receipts, updating payment records, and ensuring all equipment is accounted for after each session.
10) Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and administrative reports in accordance with Company policies.
11) Work closely with the Administration and Accounts team to ensure accurate documentation, payment updates, and smooth operational processes.
12) Represent the Company professionally by maintaining proper grooming, wearing the required uniform, and delivering services that uphold the Company's reputation.
13) Perform house call treatments as scheduled while ensuring all necessary equipment is properly prepared, transported, and maintained.
14) Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
KPI & Performance Expectations
1) Achieve a minimum of 100 treatment sessions per month.
2) Maintain high patient satisfaction through professional and effective service delivery.
3) Meet structured follow-up targets (50% first follow-up, 75% second, 90% third, 100% fourth follow-up).
4) Obtain at least 10 verified customer reviews/testimonials monthly.
5) Ensure 100% compliance with pre-treatment and post-treatment operational procedures.
6) Deliver treatments with at least 60% manual intervention where applicable as per SOP.

Requirements
1) Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
2) Valid registration or certification (if applicable).
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4) Ability to follow SOPs strictly and manage KPIs effectively.
5) Able to handle both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
