Job Description

Responsibilities

The Operations / General Management Executive supports the day-to-day administration, office operations, facilities management, and corporate coordination across the Group. This role ensures smooth office operations, regulatory compliance, facility maintenance, and effective support to management and internal departments.

Based at the Company's Headquarters, the role may require occasional travel to the Melaka manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with government agencies and statutory bodies (e.g. MITI, MATRADE, MIDA, DOSH, BOMBA, Customs, Immigration, SIRIM, TNB, Air Selangor and local authorities) for applications, renewals, compliance, and approvals.
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, renovations, utilities, and workplace safety.
  • Provide administrative support, document management, and operational coordination across departments.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, courier services, asset records, and administrative budgets.
  • Coordinate customer visits, meetings, factory tours, and VIP arrangements.
  • Support recruitment administration, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.
  • Manage service providers such as cleaning, security, maintenance, pest control, and office suppliers.
  • Administer business licences, permits, insurance renewals, and corporate records.
  • Maintain office assets and support office relocation, renovation, or expansion projects.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support digitalisation initiatives.
  • Assist Management with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in administration, operations, office management, corporate services, or a similar role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or multinational environments is preferred.
  • Experience dealing with government agencies and regulatory authorities is an advantage.

Other Requirements

  • Valid Malaysian driving licence and own transport.
  • Willing to travel occasionally between Puchong and Melaka.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
