Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials, components, and supplies; verify quantities and specifications against delivery orders and purchase orders.

Inspect materials for any damage or non-conformance and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or QA.

Label, store, and arrange materials according to part number, FIFO/FEFO, and storage requirements.

Handle electronic components under ESD-safe conditions and store them in designated ESD areas.

Prepare and issue materials to production lines according to the Material Requisition Form (MRF) or production schedule.

Perform system transactions (e.g., receiving, issuing, transfers) using ERP or inventory software.

Assist in stock count and cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, trolleys, or forklifts (if certified).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas following 5S standards.

Ensure proper disposal of packaging waste and follow safety and environmental procedures.

Support continuous improvement and assist in any warehouse-related projects or audits.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation.

Familiar with ESD handling procedures for electronic components.

Able to operate pallet jacks.

Basic computer skills for data entry or ERP transactions.

Physically fit to handle moderate lifting and long hours of standing/walking.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and discipline in following SOPs.

Able to work on shifts or overtime when required.
