Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience in warehouse & logistics
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations administration or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily operational administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, records, and operational summaries for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, and operation teams.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, data entry, and document control.
  • Support inventory, logistics, warehouse, and operational processes.
  • Monitor operational issues and follow up on action items.
  • Prepare schedules, tracking reports, and performance updates.
  • Assist in improving operational procedures and administrative processes.
  • Handle purchase requests, invoices, and operational-related paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
