Responsibilities:

• Data entry of source documents into the accounting system
• To handle full set of accounts
• To prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules
• To handle both billing and general administrative duties
• Reconciliation of receivables and payables accounts
• To manage aging and receivable collection reports
• To handle registration of Employer account and others required
• To prepare monthly payroll computation and submission of statutory contribution
• To handle registration and submission of SST Return and E-Invoice
• To liaise with auditors, tax agents and other authorities and professional parties
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or above
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or similar field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
• Able to work independently, in team and under fast-paced environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
