Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Encouraging customers to trade in their mobile devices in return for cash.
- Assisting customers with data transfers from their old devices to new ones when required.
- Cataloguing trade-in devices accurately in the system and storing them securely.
- Attending customer inquiries and providing excellent service to meet expectations.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing trade-in sales, operating the cash register, and processing payments.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and supporting store improvement initiatives.
- Performing additional duties assigned to support retail outlet success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in retail.
- Experience in mobile device sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sales transactions accurately.
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding
- service.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Experience:
- Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
