VACANCY: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking a Mandarin speaker Quantity Surveyor to join our project team and support cost control, measurement, and contract administration for ongoing construction projects.

Job Responsibilities
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for construction projects
* Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), measurement sheets, and cost reports
* Monitor project costs and control expenditure throughout project execution
* Prepare interim progress claims, valuations, and final accounts
* Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and cost implications
* Assist in contract preparation, review, and administration
* Evaluate subcontractor quotations, tenders, and claims
* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and site personnel
* Attend site meetings and support project financial reporting
* Maintain proper documentation for audit and management review

Requirements
* Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Minimum 1–3 years relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
* Experience in construction or installation projects is an advantage
* Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (mandatory) for work coordination
(Candidates of any race are welcome; Mandarin is required due to job requirements)
* Knowledge of construction contracts and measurement practices
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic QS software
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Able to work independently and under pressure
