Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Basic retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Responsibility/Job Description

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide product information
• Replenish stock and ensure proper product display
• Monitor product quality and check expiry dates
• Operate cashier and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the store
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
