Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop supply chain strategy
• Monitor shipping and delivery to ensure smooth operation
• Analyse delivery data to find delays or problems
• Maintain inventory records and stock control
• Find cost-saving solutions for supply chain process
• Solve issues like delivery delay or logistics problems
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Set and track supply chain KPI (S&OP related)
• Improve processes and fix bottlenecks quickly
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Build good relationship with suppliers and logistics partners
• Check supplier performance (quality and delivery)
• Identify and approve new suppliers with other departments
• Support new product launch and engineering changes for smooth material flow
• Ensure safety rules in logistics (truck, forklift, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with company and legal standards
• Train and guide team members
• Report supply chain performance to management
• Support cost negotiation for raw materials and transport

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in managerial role
• Experience in leading a team
• Work with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing teams
• Able to evaluate KPIs and performance reports
• Experience in LED manufacturing industry (preferred)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
