a. Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.

b. Manage worker accommodation facilities in accordance with the Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446).

c. Supervise transportation activities including vehicle scheduling, routing, maintenance, fleet utilization and driver management to comply with JPJ and SPAD regulations.

d. Liaise with local authorities such as MBSP, JTKSM, and DOSH for licenses, inspections, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

e. Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514).

f. Ensure all operations are audit-ready and compliant with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.

g. Handle incident reports, service disruptions, and client complaints with prompt resolution strategies.

h. Manage the operations team including supervisors, drivers, and field staff to ensure timely service delivery.

i. Develop and enforce SOPs for all operational areas to drive efficiency, safety, and compliance.

j. Provide leadership and supervision to on-site staff including hostel supervisor, maintenance crews, and drivers.

k. Track key operational metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, transport schedules, maintenance logs) and prepare management reports.

l. Conduct risk assessments and emergency drills to ensure preparedness for fire, health, or security incidents.

m. Ensure that all operational activities strictly comply with Malaysian labour laws, transportation regulations, ISO standards, Act 446, and occupational health and safety requirements.

Perform any other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management, supporting the company’s strategic and operational objectives

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
