Avillion Berhad Hiring! Full Time FINANCE EXECUTIVE in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Job Descriptions:

1. Banking and monitor cash flow on daily basis.

• Monitor all deposits & payments
• Record & update bank transactions on daily basis
• Perform bank reconciliation on daily basis
• Monitor due date for bank commitment
• Communicate with bank to understand any discrepancies
• Monitor, manage & reconcile petty cash

2. Account receivable

• Produce invoices and ensure they contain the necessary information to facilitate timely payment
• Follow up on outstanding invoices
• Identify funds received, matches them & ensure they are recorded in the system

3. Account payable

• Ensure all expenses are approved by the appropriate authority
• Prepare all cheques within specified time lines
• Ensure all account payable ae recorded in the system
• Follow up on invoice discrepancies with suppliers

4. Prepare Monthly Management Account and schedules

• Prepare & reconcile the monthly income schedule to identify income to be included in the monthly management account
• Update & analyze the monthly expenditure schedule to identify accrual and prepayment to be included in the monthly management account
• Update the fixed assets schedule
• Prepare Monthly Management Account

5. Annual audit, tax computation & Budget

• Assist in annual audit
• Prepare tax computation
• Assist in annual budget

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Certificate such as ACCA/CPA or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years related working experience
• Experience in handling Full Set Accounts is required
• Preferable for those who able to communicate & write in Mandarin/Cantonese will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
