Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Setup, assembly, maintenance, and testing of PCs and peripherals
• Provide remote technical support to users and field engineers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, UPS/APC, Windows, Microsoft Office)
• Perform PC imaging, restoration, and basic repairs
• Assist in network deployment, cabling, and implementation projects
• Onsite deployment of PCs, networks, servers, and ELV equipment
• Liaise with vendors for hardware/software supply, maintenance, and warranty matters
• Assist in software and hardware auditing
• Conduct research on technical specifications
• Provide on-site technical support and services
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree student in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Willing to travel for onsite support
• Must possess own transportation
• Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team

Pay: RM500.00 per month
