About the role

TOPPAN Information Solution (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a talented Business Development Executive/Trainee/Intern to join our dynamic team. This position is based in our office in Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong District, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop effective business development strategies
• Engage in prospecting and networking to generate leads and build a strong pipeline
• Prepare and deliver professional business presentations to potential clients
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Passionate in new business development or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with the sales and marketing process, including prospecting, pitching, and negotiations
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Able to speak in Japanese is a plus
• Prospect with no experience would be considered as Trainee or Intern
