You will provide essential support to tender department.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear communication between project teams, contractors, and suppliers to support project progress
• Assist in tender department preparing tender documents and project proposals to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Support the tender department by compiling administrative data and managing documentation requirements
• Assist the Purchase Department by requesting and tracking supplier quotations to support procurement decisions
