Company Description.

LucidSocial is a Singapore-based social commerce agency specialising in TikTok Shop growth. We help brands turn content, creators and livestreams into measurable sales through affiliate marketing, live-commerce strategy, creator partnerships, TikTok Shop operations, shoppable content and performance-led campaigns. Combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, we support brands from store optimisation and campaign setup to livestream delivery, ads support and reporting.

Role Description

Client Account Management. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, manage day-to-day communications, coordinate requirements, and ensure timely execution and follow-through on deliverables.

TikTok Shop Operations. Support TikTok Shop account setup, store operations, campaign preparation, product listing coordination, promotion setup, voucher mechanics, and operational troubleshooting.

Livestream Coordination. Plan and coordinate livestream schedules, creator or host arrangements, briefing materials, product flow, studio logistics, onsite support and post-livestream updates.

Affiliate and Creator Management. Assist with affiliate outreach, creator communication, sample seeding, content tracking, commission coordination, briefing and creator deliverable follow-ups.

Campaign Execution and Reporting. Monitor campaign progress, track deliverables, consolidate updates, prepare reports and provide performance updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Brand Strategy and Performance Optimisation. Support campaign planning, brand strategy execution, TikTok Shop growth initiatives, performance optimisation and ROI improvement.

Content and Social Media Support. Support the management of Lucid Social’s social media channels, including Xiaohongshu, and contribute to content planning, creative coordination and relevant social-commerce materials.

Internal Coordination. Work closely with the operations, creator, content, livestream and management teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and internal workflows.

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities. Undertake other reasonable duties assigned by the Company in relation to client servicing, TikTok Shop operations, business operations and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• Strong client service and account management skills, including relationship building, communication, and stakeholder coordination.

• Experience with marketing and communications activities such as campaign planning, content development support, and basic performance tracking.

• Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms) and comfort working with data in reports.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills relevant to the Singapore market are an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, showing initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in an agency or marketing communications environment is preferred but not mandatory.
