Job Summary

DC Digital Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support the company's daily operations and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative and office operations.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and communications are well coordinated.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors on administrative and project-related matters.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes when required.
  • Assist in procurement and office supply management.
  • Support company events, meetings, and other operational activities.
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
