Partner closely with the Creative Team to define project scope, technical requirements across campaigns and brand initiatives
Design and produce high-impact multimedia content aligned to the brand’s aesthetic and creative strategy, while flexing emotional storytelling where required
Lead end-to-end execution of multimedia projects from ideation and pre-production through to final delivery, ensuring creative excellence, technical accuracy and on-time completion
Develop and deliver advanced multimedia outputs including but not limited to motion graphics, 2D animation, 3D modelling/content, AR, VR and MR (Mixed Reality) experiences, visual effects, immersive digital content and AI-enabled creative executions
Ensure all multimedia assets are on brand, engaging and relevant, as well as optimized for multi-platform deployment
Iterate, refine, and improve content based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity and execution quality
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools and AI developments to continuously evolve creative capabilities and workflows
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role
Established portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience
In-depth knowledge of 2D/3D, motion graphic and computer-generated animation
Solid knowledge of AR (Augmented Reality) design
Proficient in multiple design software and programs
Strong understanding of AI-powered creative tools, workflows and emerging technologies, with the ability to integrate AI into multimedia content development and production processes
Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals and animation
Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of web publishing software
Deadline driven and ability to multi-tasks concurrently
Detail-orientated, well-organized and excellent time management
