As a Learning & Development Manager, we rely on you to
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training plans to support business and talent development
- Drive leadership development, employee growth, and performance improvement
- Lead internship programs and manage school partnerships
- Deliver training programs and enhance learning effectiveness
- Promote a strong learning culture and employee engagement
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational needs
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred)
- Experience in internship program management or campus engagement is a plus
- Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and talent development
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
- Passion for people development and organizational growth
- Pleasant personality & Good Interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English communication skills
- Customer orientation, Enthusiasm, Team builderInitiative, Self starter
