Responsibilities

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our global operations team, providing exceptional service to customers across multiple channels.
 
 

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and professional support while meeting established service standards.
  • Record and maintain customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Investigate customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions using available resources.
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and regional offices to resolve customer requests.
  • Consistently achieve team KPIs and service level targets.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.
 
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum SPM, high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written, upper-intermediate level or above).
  • Candidates with a BPO/customer contact centre background are highly preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer support systems.
  • Good typing and computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with strong organisational skills.
  • A team player who performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
