Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support customers throughout the pre-sales process by providing technical consultation, conducting product evaluations, addressing technical concerns, troubleshooting issues, and following up with customers when needed.
• Prepare technical solution documentation and proposal materials to support Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities, as well as respond to RFQs and tender requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to help customers understand how security solutions can be integrated into their existing infrastructure and operations to support business needs.
• Work together with internal teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Business teams to share customer feedback and contribute towards future product improvements and development plans.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Open to candidates with 5 to 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles within pre-sales or post-sales functions.
• Familiar with technical areas such as CDN, DNS, HTTP, DDoS, TCP/IP, and related technologies.
• Basic understanding of Linux operating system and general networking concepts.
• Willing and able to travel for both local and international business requirements.
