Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate & driven Data Product Manager to join our team. Key responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, market research and analysis, product development lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, data governance and quality, performance monitoring and optimization, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear vision for data products, aligning them with the overall business strategy and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and identify user needs to inform product development and ensure market fit.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Establishing and maintaining data governance policies, ensuring data quality, and promoting data literacy within the organization.
• Track key metrics, analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
• Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

• A strong understanding of data science, data engineering, and data analysis techniques, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Possess strong data warehouse, data governance, data analytics, data processing skills and experience.
• Experience in product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, user story creation, and Agile methodologies.
• A solid understanding of business objectives, market dynamics, and the ability to align data products with overall business goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (written & spoken).
