Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and professional Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to join our expanding team in Malaysia. In this role, you will not only manage local HR operations but also play a critical role in scaling our teams globally.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Global Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various global positions, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Channel Expansion: Identify and leverage both local and international recruitment channels (LinkedIn, professional networks, and niche communities) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional HR teams to understand international business needs and align talent acquisition strategies.

2. Employee Engagement & Operations

  • Culture & Engagement: Handle local HR operational matters, including planning and executing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure an excellent candidate and employee experience.

3. Local Compliance & Administration

  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act and local statutory requirements to ensure full operational compliance.
  • Office Administration: Manage daily office administration and provide proactive logistical support to the local team.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR or Recruitment. Experience within a recruitment agency (headhunter) or handling cross-border/overseas hiring is highly advantageous.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
