The Project Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure smooth execution within the required timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role includes supporting signage installations and other project-related activities while working closely with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project activities from planning to completion.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments for project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, quotations, purchase requests, and related paperwork.
• Follow up on project status, approvals, and site progress.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, or outlet setup activities when required.
• Attend site visits, meetings, and inspections as needed.
• Ensure project work complies with company requirements and operational standards.
• Resolve project-related issues and provide timely updates to management.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for all project documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in project coordination, retail operations, signage, fit-out, or related industry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits when required.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in retail, signage, fit-out, renovation, or outlet development projects.
• Knowledge in vendor management and project documentation.
• Familiarity with project timelines and coordination processes.
