Responsibilities
- Overall 6–9 years of professional experience with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Experience in one or more Risk Management domains, such as Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, Enterprise Risk, or Regulatory Risk.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, use cases, and workflow documentation.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production releases.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar requirement management tools.
