A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and accurately while providing comprehensive medication counselling to patients and caregivers.
• Conduct medication reviews, identify and resolve drug-related problems, and make evidence-based therapeutic recommendations to ensure safe and cost-effective treatment.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and assistants in outpatient pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Contribute to the education and training of pharmacy students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy support staff.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy practice and patient outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
• Clinical practice experience of at least 5 to 8 years
• Keen in performing operational duties
