Job Title: IT Support Executive / Desktop Support Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time - Work from Office
Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install and configure desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
Perform system monitoring, backups, and maintenance
Manage user accounts and access rights
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Liaise with vendors for IT support
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in desktop or technical support is an advantage
Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and multitask
