Job Title: IT Support Executive / Desktop Support Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time - Work from Office

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and IT equipment

• Perform system monitoring, backups, and maintenance

• Manage user accounts and access rights

• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

• Liaise with vendors for IT support

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience in desktop or technical support is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and multitask
