Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Supply Chain and Product Leader with over 20 years of experience in driving large-scale transformation programs. The role focuses on leading product strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and end-to-end supply chain solutions across global markets.

This position requires strong expertise in omni-channel commerce, supply chain optimization, and enterprise digital transformation, with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute product strategy to drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and market competitiveness
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and delivery to launch innovative solutions
• Develop product roadmaps and industry blueprints aligned with business objectives
• Drive product marketing, training, and customer engagement initiatives

Digital Transformation & Consulting

• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs across supply chain and omni-channel ecosystems
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Order Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Optimization, and Customer Engagement
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and define target operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Align business and technology strategies with measurable outcomes

Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define transformation vision and solution strategy
• Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal development for enterprise clients
• Identify growth opportunities and expand client portfolios across regions
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supply chain and digital commerce

Delivery & Program Management

• Oversee delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar transformation programs
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators
• Ensure successful implementation from solution design through deployment
• Drive Agile delivery methodologies and ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency

Capability Building & Leadership

• Build and mentor high-performing teams across product and consulting functions
• Develop internal accelerators, frameworks, and best practices
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Lead global teams across APAC, US, and EMEA regions

• Proven track record in delivering global transformation programs
• Experience working across multiple geographies (APAC, US, EMEA)
• Background in both consulting firms and product organizations
