Job Description

Responsibilities

JobDescription

  1. Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site
  2. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project team
  3. Review M&E drawings, specifications and shop drawing
  4. Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with project schedule
  5. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issue
  6. Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities
  7. Ensure works comply with safety and quality standards
  8. Prepare reports, progress updates and documentation

Requirements

  1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
  2. 5 years relevant experience in construction or M&E projects
  3. Able to read technical drawings and construction plans
  4. Familiar with local codes, authority requirements and construction procedures
  5. Good coordination and communication skills
  6. Knowledge of AutoCAD / BIM / MS Project is an advantage
  7. Able to work independently under project deadlines
