Role Description The HR & Admin Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This position handles HR processes such as maintaining employee records, administering benefits, assisting with recruitment activities, and supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures. The role includes managing employee queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, and helping to implement and communicate HR policies and procedures. The HR & Admin Executive also oversees general office administration, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and company standards.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage daily HR activities, documentation, compliance, and the implementation of HR frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to handle employee engagement, address workplace concerns, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Relevant experience in HR generalist or HR & Admin roles, ideally within industrial, engineering, or maritime-related sectors, is beneficial.
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information responsibly, and familiarity with Singapore employment laws are advantageous.
