Job Description

Responsibilities

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build your career in accounting? We are looking for an Account Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Finance Department in daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely collections, and smooth financial processes. Training will be provided for suitable candidates, and fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.


You will play an important role, such as:

  1. Assist in daily accounting operations, mainly focusing on accounts receivable.
  2. Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system and ensure all supporting documents are properly maintained.
  3. Monitor daily collections and assist in preparing weekly or monthly collection reports for the Finance team.
  4. Assist in monthly sales reconciliation between the operation system and accounting records to ensure sales, collections and service transactions are accurately recorded.
  5. Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of company records.
  6. Assist in any ad-hoc accounting or finance-related tasks from time to time.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Certificate, Diploma or above (or equivalent).
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin or Cantonese as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients and partners.
  • Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking, performance-driven and teamwork capable among colleagues in the department.
  • Excellent in time management, professionalism, drive and resilience, problem solving, building relationships, delivering quality service and management, feedback and fast learning.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in accounting software.
