Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including wholesale, partnerships, and B2B clients
  • Expand supplier network and negotiate favorable terms with vendors
  • Develop strategies to increase store sales and customer base
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Manage relationships with key clients and partners
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and business initiatives
  • Support expansion plans such as new outlets or distribution channels

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, retail, or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of the grocery/retail industry
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
