Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and external partners to facilitate seamless daily operations, including travel arrangements and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of business licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulations.
• Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and workshops, overseeing all logistics for a successful experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives by collaborating with HR and marketing teams to manage corporate materials and campaigns that reflect company values and culture.
• Assist in department budget preparation and manage petty cash transactions, while ensuring all payments and documentation are processed accurately.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with basic knowledge of office operations and event coordination preferred.
