About E-Contract
E-Contract is a Singapore-based manpower solutions company specializing in recruitment and workforce outsourcing across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, engineering, administration, and other industries. We are expanding our recruitment team in Johor Bahru to support our growing portfolio of Singapore clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for job opportunities in Singapore.
Advertise vacancies through JobStreet, Maukerja, Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, and referral networks.
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates.
Match suitable candidates to client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and Singapore hiring managers.
Guide candidates through documentation, work pass requirements, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Keep up to date with Singapore's employment market and recruitment trends.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or the manpower industry is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Comfortable using social media and online recruitment platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
