The overall responsibility for Front Office Retail staff is to manage the day to day operations of our retail / pop-up stores
Job Tasks
Perform Opening & Closing duties punctually
Process customer purchases and transactions accurately and efficiently
Deal with basic customer enquiries and requests
Provide good and efficient after sales support like delivery arrangement, gift wrapping etc.
Understand the products, new launches, and other important product news
Replenish and arrange stock in correct display shelf to be neat and tidy
Understand all promotions and actively engage customers by promoting products, selling and upselling in store
Maintain high standard of cleanliness and hygiene and orderly work area
Handle stock inventory such as receiving stock, stock taking, etc.
Process online orders, pick and pack goods accurately when required to
Ensure display materials are properly displayed on a timely basis
Ensure accurate end of day submission, and investigate and resolve issues timely
Carry out Daily Cash banking and submission
Be aware of key company policies and procedures and ensure compliance
Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by the company
