Job Title: Outbound Documentation Administrator
Responsibilities
Prepare and verify Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) / Mill Certifications for customer orders.
Prepare packing lists and ensure all required documents are attached for deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and filing of shipment and quality documentation.
Support self-collection orders, ensuring proper documentation and smooth handover processes.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely document preparation.
Handle data entry, document control, and customer requests for certifications.
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience in documentation, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
