Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Receive, check, and store incoming parts, tools, and equipment
Maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in audits.
Logistics Support
Prepare and pack equipment for deployment to vessels and field operations.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Assist in loading/unloading shipments safely.
Equipment Handling
Ensure proper storage of sensitive robotics components and marine gear.
Follow handling protocols for heavy machinery and specialized tools.
Support engineers and operators by providing required parts on time.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities.
Report hazards, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
Min vocational certificate (logistics/warehouse operations preferred).
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience in technical or industrial equipment handling is an advantage.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
