Project Coordinato
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy/ Construction
Location: Potong Pasir
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday , 9am to 6pm
Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,200 per month
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of residential and commercial solar PV projects.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate multiple solar installation projects from planning to completion
• Schedule site surveys, installations, inspections, and project activities
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, contractors, and customers
• Monitor project progress and resolve scheduling issues where required
• Coordinate materials and equipment to support project timelines
• Review installation records and QA/QC documentation
• Ensure work complies with workplace safety requirements and relevant regulations
• Provide regular project updates to customers and internal teams
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, operations, or related roles
• Experience in the solar, electrical, construction, or engineering industry is an advantage
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital communication tools and Microsoft Office applications
