Job Summary

Support the sales team by handling sales enquiries, communicating effectively with customers, and reporting to the Sales Manager to ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries to support customer needs and drive sales processes
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers via telephone to maintain positive client relationships
• Report sales enquiry outcomes and relevant information accurately to the Sales Manager for informed decision-making
• Demonstrate self-motivation and independence to manage daily tasks without constant supervision
• Maintain a responsible and proactive work attitude to contribute effectively to team goals
• Show willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving business requirements
• Adhere to company working hours and location requirements to ensure consistent availability

Working Hours and Location

• Work 5.5 days per week, 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Work location near Toa Payoh MRT
