Event Operations Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of events.

They oversee all operational aspects of an event, from initial planning and budgeting to the coordination of logistics on the event day.

The duties and responsibilities of an Event Operations Manager include:

• Developing, planning and coordinating all aspects of events
• Establishing and managing budgets for each event
• Leading and coordinating staff and volunteers
• Selecting, negotiating with, and managing event vendors
• Ensuring all logistical aspects of the event are effectively managed, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology
• Implementing effective risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Creating a timeline for each event and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
• Responding to and resolving any issues or emergencies that arise during events
• Reviewing the success of each event and making recommendations for future improvements
• Also be part of restaurant operations team
