岗位职责

  • Set up, evaluate, diagnose, initialize, and service medical devices.
  • Execute routine maintenance and repairs in line with organizational standards.
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues, offering quick solutions.
  • Carry out equipment calibration, functional assessments, and performance checks.
  • Generate and keep updated service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documents.
  • Offer technical assistance and product training to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and warranty issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Support the Sales team by facilitating product demonstrations, technical presentations, and pre-sales assistance.
  • Engage in on-site customer visits and address service requests promptly.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by Management as necessary.
