Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment is a plus.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Open to travel for on-site installations and service tasks.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software.
Responsibilities
- Set up, evaluate, diagnose, initialize, and service medical devices.
- Execute routine maintenance and repairs in line with organizational standards.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues, offering quick solutions.
- Carry out equipment calibration, functional assessments, and performance checks.
- Generate and keep updated service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documents.
- Offer technical assistance and product training to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and warranty issues.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Support the Sales team by facilitating product demonstrations, technical presentations, and pre-sales assistance.
- Engage in on-site customer visits and address service requests promptly.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by Management as necessary.
